Interview Process: 

A Call Centre Supervisor will contact the most qualified candidates within approximately 1-2 weeks of the position being posted. If you are not the qualified candidate, you will receive an email response advising that you will not be considered for the position. 


The first interview will be a group interview with a member of the Call Centre recruiting team. The group interview may take place by phone or by web conferencing, it based on your location and availability. After the initial group interview the recruiter will contact you by email to advise you of the outcome of your interview. If you are the most qualified candidate for the role, you will move to the next stage of the interview process. 


Offer Process: 

If you are selected as a qualified candidate, we will advise you by email. You will also receive offer documentation with the offer letter and other pertinent hiring documentation. You will be required to complete and return these forms confirming your acceptance of the offer within 5 business days.
